– there are a couple of Shiratama
[白玉:the rice-flour dumpling]
– that has a dent on it for each
– in order to cook fast and easily
– on the surface of Hiyashi-Zenzai
[冷し善哉:cold sweet red-bean soup]
– the soup gathers within the dents
– makes little pools on every Shiratama
– and my eyes are reflected on them
