梅漬には未だしきほどや赤紫蘇葉

ウメツケニハ マダシキホドヤ アカシソハ

– Japanes plum are growing up
– but they have not ready to be ripe just yet
– yes, it is the time to gather and pickle them
– though the farmer says with his goose is cooked
– Japanese basil leaves that are absolutely necessary
– as the flavoring and preserving agent to the pickles
– have not grown well up yet in his field
– they are too young to use his pickles   

うめづけにゃ まだしきほどや あかじそば
