– of ‘NagaNegi to DukeMaguro no NabeMono
[長葱と漬け鮪の鍋物]’
– it means ‘one-pot dish of
soy sauce steeped fatty tuna and raw cibol
cooked with soup stock at the table’

– generally, Japanese common-people,
– en famille, have enjoyed
– to eat ‘one-pot dish’
– for dinner at cold night in winter
– ‘Negima-Nabe’ is one of them

– it is a wisdom of the ancients
– that the preparation of
– ‘steeping with soy sauce’
– prevents decay of tuna fresh
– in transit from coast to inland
– and raw cibol disguises and cleans away
– the flavor and the odors
